Raphael Honigstein's Bundesliga Betting: Leverkusen To Go Fourth With Win At Paderborn

FC Köln v Eintracht Frankfurt

Cologne coach Peter Stöger has praised Eintracht's star so far this season Alex Meier in the build up to Sunday's encounter. Yet the Austrian must find a way to stop the burly front man if he's to improve Cologne's poor home record.

Meier has 16 goals to date in this campaign - the latest two of which came in last weekend's win over Hamburg. Meier and co tend to score quite a few but Cologne home games don't tend to be goal filled. A draw looks viable here at 3.40.

SC Paderborn v Bayer Leverkusen

The final game of the weekend sees Leverkusen coach Roger Schmidt return to Paderborn - a place where he played, coached and even went to University. His current charges managed to edge their way into the quarter finals of the DFB-Pokal on Wednesday with a third straight win and clean sheet in all competitions.

Paderborn were unfortunate to lose in the manner they did against Borussia Mönchengladbach last weekend as they were beaten by two deflected goals. The momentum which helped André Breitenreiter's side earlier in the season has gone though with just one win in their last thirteen games. Lars Bender will miss out for Leverkusen through injury but the visitors should win here, at 1.67.
