Oh Didier. The pantomime villain of the Premier League for eight years has finally announced he is leaving Chelsea, and almost certainly English football as a result.
The big Ivorian has been one of the best players around for nearly a decade and scored some crucially vital goals for the Blues, as well as pulling out some ridiculously bad dives.
Here we dig out the five best goals, and chuck in three of his most laughable dives. Enjoy!
5. FA Cup final v Portsmouth, 2010
Drogba was nothing if he wasn't a big game player, and netted countless important goals for the club. And that includes this rather nifty free-kick against Pompey in the 2010 FA Cup final, a goal which secured Chelsea's sixth FA Cup triumph.
4. Premier League v Everton, 2009
Not a particularly important goal this one, but probably his most aesthetically pleasing and technically brilliant goal in a Blues shirt. Chesting a ball down 35-yards out from goal, Drogba spins and unleashing a wicked dipping volley that Tim Howard can only admire as it flies over him. Boof!
3. FA Cup final v Everton, 2009
Another cup final goal here as Drogba rises expertly to meet Ashley Cole's cross and nod in the equaliser at Wembley, in a game Chelsea would go on to win. Again. Everton must hate playing against him.
2. Premier League v Hull City, 2012
Here Drogba proves he isn't just about brutish power or galloping pace, with a deft flick over Hull's stranded Boaz Myhill to claim all three points deep into injury time. It followed a rather ripsnorting free-kick earlier in the game too as yet again Big Dids dug Chelsea out of another mess.
1. Champions League final v Bayern Munich, 2012
Another huuuuuuge goal here as the Ivorian rises majestically to nod in an 88th minute equaliser against the Germans in this year's Champions League final. He then rolled in the winning penalty to hand the Blues a surprise win. It was his last kick of a ball for the Blues too. Not a bad way to go out.
3. Champions League v Napoli, 2012
The dive Drogba has been lambasted for most in a Blues shirt came just last month as Chelsea somehow squeezed past Napoli in the Champions League. It was made worse by the Ivorian pulling out a Busquets-style peek while on the ground. For shame.
2. Premier League v Arsenal, 2008
This might be Drogba's funniest dive in a Chelsea shirt, taking a poke to the ribs from Mad Jens Lehmann like a bullet to the heart and going down like Charlie Sheen in Platoon. Pantomime stuff.
1. Champions League v Barcelona, 2012
Another great dive from this season's Champions League as Dider arches his back and flips to the ground like an Olympic diver after minimal contact from Carles Puyol. 10 out of 10, chaps.
