Lavezzi To London
Chelsea are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Argentinean forward Ezequiel Lavezzi from Paris Saint-Germain, with his agent apparently heading to London to finalise a deal.
Lavezzi is out of contract at the end of the season and so will be available on a cut-price fee, with Blues moving ahead of Liverpool, Manchester United, Inter Milan and Fenerbahce to secure his signature.

Everton have told Manchester United that they can sign Romelu Lukaku in the summer if they want, but they’ll have to come up with £65m to prise him from Goodison Park.
That deal would represent the biggest fee ever paid from one Premier League club to another, although, the Belgian forward is believed to be more open to the possibility of joining Paris Saint-Germain.

Liverpool are reportedly looking to do a deal for Bayer Leverkusen’s former Manchester United forward Javier Hernandez, who has proven a huge hit in the Bundesliga after being squeezed out of Old Trafford.
The Mexican, 27, is believed to be ready to try his luck in England again, although a move to United’s deadly rivals would surely be seen as an act of betrayal by supporters who used to idolise him.
