Transfer News Today: Liverpool Move For £20m Brazilian Forward & Chelsea Want Man United Target

Reds Target Another Brazilian

Liverpool seem to be forever linked with Brazilian acquisitions and the latest one is a man who could form the perfect partnership with countryman Roberto Firmino.

Benfica’s Anderson Talisca had a mixed campaign last time out, regularly finding himself on the bench but still managing to score nine goals in the process. His talent is undoubted and he is a name who has been linked with all of Europe’s elite in the past two years.

His versatility suits Jurgen Klopp’s style and he could cost less than £20m, hardly a massive fee when you consider the current market. He is just 22 years old and could form a potent front three alongside Firmino and Coutinho.

Blues To Snare Serie A Star

Chelsea have jumped to the head of the queue to sign Lazio's star man Felipe Anderson.

The attacking midfielder has been a long term target for Manchester United but Antonio Conte’s move to Stamford Bridge has seen the Blues up their interest for the 23-year-old.

Back in January figures of £40m were flying around and it is expected that any fee will have to at least match that. It seems a large outlay for a player who scored just seven goals and created a mere four last term but Conte is eager to build a squad in his own image.

Toffees Target £20m Euro 2016 Winner

Everton are set to make a big splash in the transfer market this summer but despite being linked with big names such as Juan Mata and Axel Witsel, so far they have only added Marten Stekelenberg to the mix.

However, with Euro 2016 now over that could all be set to change as Ronald Koeman plots a move for one of the tournament’s star players.

William Carvalho was a massive part of Portugal’s unexpected success, sitting at the base of the midfield, breaking things up and driving the team forward. The long-time Arsenal target is still only 24 and he would be a great addition for the Toffees as they look to launch an assault on the European places. At £20m he would be a real bargain if his performances this summer are anything to go on.
