Transfer News Today: Man United Chase Brazil Ace and Two Barcelona Stars Set For Liverpool

Red Devils and Spurs to fight for Brazilian

It’s no secret that Manchester United are in serious need of striking reinforcements up top. Wayner Rooney is horrendously out of form and. Anthony Martial aside, they look something of a blunt weapon.

They are supposedly keen to add Brazilian Alexandre Pato to their squad. The former AC Milan wonderkid has been back in his homeland since 2013 but he has already made it clear he wishes to leave Sao Paulo in the near future.

Tottenham are also interested in the 26-year-old, so Louis Van Gaal may have a battle on his hands if he is to get his man.

Toffees star trying to tempt Barca man to Everton

Gerard Deulofeu caught the eye on Sunday as Everton gave Sunderland a hammering but the former Barcelona man is doing some serious work away from the pitch for his current club.

The Spaniard is allegedly trying to convince Blaugrana youngster Munir to head to Liverpool on a loan deal. Much like Deulofeu the 20-year-old Munir is supremely talented but is struggling for opportunities at the Camp Nou.

A switch to England would give him the chance to show his worth and could give Everton another string to their attacking bow.

Tello. Is it me Klopp’s looking for?

On the otherside of Stanley Park, the red half of Liverpool are also eyeing up a La Masia product to strengthen their attacking ranks.

Cristian Tello is 24 now, and after showing massive promise a few years ago he has never quite made the impact he was expected to do so at the Camp Nou. He currently finds himself on loan at Porto but Jurgen Klopp has supposedly identified him as a key target for the summer.

The Reds have looked a little lacking in forward areas so far and Tello would add pace and guile to the options at the German’s disposal.
