Manchester United are looking to bolster their squad in January, and they could raise some cash by selling defender Marcos Rojo to Real Madrid according to reports in Spain.
The Argentinean has hardly been a favourite of either Louis van Gaal or the United fans since he joined the club from Sporting Lisbon last summer, but Real apparently see him as the perfect addition to provide cover and competition for Brazilian left-back Marcelo.

Liverpool are ready to announce their first signing under manager Jurgen Klopp, with Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic arriving in the city to complete his switch from Red Star Belgrade.
The 19-year-old will join for around £5m, but will be loaned straight back to Red Star upon the completion of the deal.

Newcastle United boss Steve McClaren is ready to step up the club’s efforts to sign QPR striker Charlie Austin after Papiss Cisse was ruled out for three months.
Austin has been a long-term target of several Premier League clubs, but with his contract expiring in the summer McClaren is ready to pull the trigger on a cut-price deal in order to help the Magpies’ battle against relegation.
