Napoli - Milan
For the first time all season, Napoli have suffered back-to-back defeats - following up their 1-0 loss to Juventus with an identical result against Villarreal. On both occasions they could count themselves unfortunate, having matched their opponents only to be hit with a sucker-punch near the end. Nevertheless, there is some concern to be felt about the fact that Maurizio Sarri’s team failed to score or create significant opportunities in either game.
The manager will restore Gonzalo Higuaín and Lorenzo Insigne to his starting XI, but this is another tricky fixture. Milan have taken 14 points from their last six games, and have suffered only two defeats in any competition - both by a single goal - since they were beaten by Napoli in the reverse fixture at the start of October.
