Cheltenham Festival Preview: Tuesday's Top Tips

The annual Cheltenham Festival gets underway on Tuesday, and we at Unibet are excited to be covering the event comprehensively for the first time with our new racing platform.

To preview the action, we've enlisted a panel of top class experts from Channel 4 Racing - Gina Bryce, Mick Fitzgerald and Tom Lee - plus City AM's Bill Esdaile to bring you a veritable bible of daily Cheltenham tips.

We start with Day One, which features the much anticipated Champions Hurdle at 15.20GMT...

Champion Hurdle (Tuesday, 15.20 GMT)

The front three in the market (Hurricane Fly, The New One, Our Conor) have understandably all been popular. Traders can’t split the three and our hopes are pinned on a shock result.

Out of the three of those we’ll be looking to really get after is Our Conor, who might drift on the day as support comes in for The New One and Hurricane Fly

Other Races

The horses Unibet are running scared of are:

Irving in the Supreme Novices (Tuesday, 13.30 GMT) – he’s been all the rage with us for several weeks , and one of our biggest losers in the Cheltenham Festival for 2014. Consistently well backed.

Quevega in the Mares Hurdle (Tuesday, 16.00 GMT) though it isn’t the punters’ festival banker it has been in recent years. She is bought to be well backed on the day – both form experts and sentimentalists will be all over her like a nasty rash and we will expect to have big liabilities come the race.
