Goran Ivanisevic's Wimbledon Predictions: Murray to beat Janowicz to reach final

We're reaching crunch time at Wimbledon, with both Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray appearing in the semi-finals today. I expect the Serb to beat Juan Martin Del Potro first up, but there's no doubt about which match the fans at SW19 will be most looking forward to.

I like Jerzy Janowicz; he's a real professional and has huge power. It's his first time in the semi-finals at Wimbledon so this is a big day for him. His first serves are like bombs flying towards his opponent and he also has the ability to come into the net to follow them up. He is definitely a threat, even against someone who returns as well as Andy Murray.

Fernando Verdasco posed some problems for Murray, especially with his serve. Nobody likes playing a left-hander, as I found out to my advantage during my career! Andy didn't play the perfect game but was able to dig deep to get the result. He has started slowly in the last two matches and I'm sure he'll be looking to change that today.

It's not going to be easy for Murray, but his experience is going to play a big role in the match. I think Murray will come through because Janowicz is bound to be a little nervous on Centre Court, especially in the opening set or two. Murray also has superb stamina, so has to be the favourite over four or five sets.

Hopefully we'll be in for an exciting match that sets up a great final for Sunday!
