Charlotte Bobcats 1.73, Brooklyn Nets 2.12 – BET and WATCH live on Unibet TV from 23.05 GMT
It’s a case of now or never for the Brooklyn Nets if they want to win the Atlantic Division. With the Toronto Raptors spending the week playing teams who will be heading for the lottery, the Nets really need to get another winning streak going again to at least keep pace.
They can start one this evening when they head to Charlotte to take on the Bobcats. It’s a team the Nets have done well against, having won ten of the last eleven meetings.
The only game the Nets have lost to Charlotte during that time was back in November, but the Nets were so woeful back then that even a wet paper bag would have defeated them.
It’s a different Nets now and remarkably they could end up with the third seed in the East, which many predicted they would get pre-season, as Brooklyn are just two games behind the Chicago Bulls.
If Deron Williams stays healthy and Paul Pierce continues to roll back the years, the Nets can make a run at both the Atlantic title and third seed.
With the Nets’ desperation to at least catch Toronto and the Bobcats not a dominant team at home, look for Brooklyn to snatch a win at 1.95. If you fancy something different, go with Charlotte scoring under 48.5 points in the first half, priced at 1.88.
Washington Wizards 2.00, Phoenix Suns 1.82 – BET and WATCH live on Unibet TV from 23.05 GMT
One of the best play-off races is taking place in the West, where the Phoenix Suns are battling Dallas Mavericks and Memphis Grizzlies for a post-season berth. This one could really come down to the wire and if the play-offs started today, the Suns would be the team on the outside looking in.
The Suns head into Washington this evening and while the Wizards are definitely going to be in the play-offs, they seemed to have lost the ability to put winning streaks together.
Even though they are the road team, the Suns are still favourites for this one and you can get 1.77 for a win. For slightly higher odds, you can get 1.90 if you go under on the combined total of 210.5 points.
Best bet: Charlotte Bobcats to score under 48.5 points in the first half at 1.88.
