Chicago Bulls 1.67, Washington Wizards 2.25 – BET and STREAM live on Unibet TV from 01.05 GMT.
The Chicago Bulls looked set to plummet towards oblivion when they blew up their nucleus with the trading of Luol Deng.
But in adversity, they’ve bound together. And the Bulls go for a sixth consecutive win on Monday when they host the Washington Wizards.
Chicago has benefited from a flurry of games at home and a soft schedule but their defence hasn’t skipped a beat without Deng. Of their last five, only once have they conceded over 88 points, and when Charlotte escaped their clutches, Joakim Noah came up with a 19 points and 14 rebounds contribution.
That could pose issues for Wizards centre Marcin Gortat who hasn’t provided the final ignition for a climb since his early season arrival. The Pole is averaging 12.1 points and 8.5 rebounds – above his career mark – but Washington is still losing by a net 1.8 points per game and they’re 9-10 on the road.
The Bulls are -2.5 on the handicap here but John Wall, currently putting up 19.6 points and 8.6 assists per game will need to be at his best to push the total points above the line of 181.5, available at 1.90.
Dallas Mavericks 1.10, Orlando Magic 8.00 – BET and STREAM live on Unibet TV from 01.35 GMT.
The Orlando Magic have pledged the future in the hands of Jacque Vaughn with the coach getting a vote of confidence despite the team’s 10-27 start. His woes have been compounded by the concussion sustained by Nikola Vucevic who will miss tonight’s trip to the Dallas Mavericks.
The Magic are an abysmal 3-16 on the road and are out-scored by an average of 11.4, a key reason why Dallas are favourites on the handicap by -12, available at 1.91.
Best bet: Take the Bulls on the handicap of -2.5 against Washington at 1.91.
