Toronto Raptors - Atlanta Hawks
The race to win the Atlantic Division is heading into the final stretch and while the Toronto Raptors have been in the driving seat most of the way, the Brooklyn Nets are now breathing down their necks and just one-and-a-half games back.
As it stands, their lead over the Nets could have been two games, but the Raptors were left stunned by a 51-point performance from Kevin Durant in the Oklahoma Thunders' double-overtime win on Friday.
Stunned, not because of the amount of points the MVP favourite put on the board, but because the Raptors could not hold on for a memorable win, throwing away an eight-point lead in the final minute.
Teams often need to bounce back quickly from such defeats and Toronto have the chance to do so when the Atlanta Hawks visit. It will be their second meeting in a week after the two teams combined for 231 points last Tuesday in a narrow Hawks win.
With Toronto's DeMar DeRozan averaging 31 points over the last three games, and Atlanta's Kyle Korver out, the Raptors must not let this opportunity go to waste.
Toronto are available at 1.30 to win, but if that doesn't take your fancy, take the over on the 204.5 combined total points, available at 1.95.
Denver Nuggets - Washington Wizards
There was a time when teams feared going to the mile-high city; the thinner air along with high-paced games, made it difficult for visiting teams to get wins there.
Whenever the Nuggets had a decent team the odds would be stacked in their favour, but this year, whether it's the injuries or lack of a real superstar on the squad, the Nuggets are a team resigned to missing the play-offs.
Rare for a team in the East, the Washington Wizards have a winning road record and although they've dropped two out of three on their West coast trip, star guard John Wall is getting better as he approaches his play-off debut.
It could be a close game and while 2.08 for Wizards to win is very enticing, you can also get 1.53 for Wizards to win with a +5.5 handicap.
Bet of the day: Take the over on 204.5 points total, at 1.95, on Toronto Raptors v Atlanta Hawks.
